Terms of Use
The terms of the Rafiq from your phone subscription. By subscribing, you agree to them.
Last updated: November 1, 2026
The service
Rafiq on the computer is free and needs no account. Rafiq from your phone is an optional paid service: it lets you send your computer tasks from your phone and approve their steps.
The computer does the work, so it must be on, with Rafiq connected to the internet. A request waits up to 7 days, then lapses.
Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your email. You're responsible for protecting your email, computers and phone, and for removing any lost device. An account can have up to 5 devices.
Subscription and payment
The price is US$9.99 a month, paid through PayPal, and renews automatically every month until you cancel.
If the price changes, we'll tell you before it applies to your subscription. Any tax required by law may be added to the price.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your PayPal account. Cancelling stops future payments, and the service keeps working until the end of the paid period.
No refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. See the No Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, try to bypass its limits or attack it, or resell access to it. Don't send tasks to a device you aren't allowed to control.
Models and their costs
Rafiq uses the AI models and keys you added on your computer. Their costs and their providers' terms are yours, and aren't part of the subscription.
Your responsibility for tasks
Rafiq performs real actions on your device, and AI models can make mistakes. Review each step before approving it, and keep backups of important files.
No warranties
The service is provided "as is", and we don't promise it will run without interruption or errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damage, and our total liability won't exceed the last amount you paid us.
Suspension
We may suspend access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, open a dispute or reverse a payment. Opening a dispute suspends access until it's settled.
Changes and law
We may change these terms and will post the new date here. Continuing after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without removing any right the law doesn't allow you to give up.
